Virgin Atlantic Launches Enhanced Clubhouse at Heathrow with Cinema, Work Pods, and Spa

Virgin Atlantic has revealed its upgraded Clubhouse at London Heathrow, now incorporating a cinema zone, VIP lounge, and a spa. The transformation marks the initial stage of a comprehensive renovation aimed at elevating the passenger experience.

Redesigned Amenities for Upper Class Travelers

Upper Class passengers benefit from expanded comfort and personalized services, with new luxury features added to the ground-level space. The lounge now offers versatile seating arrangements, catering to solo travelers, business professionals, and couples.

Exclusive Royal Box Experience

A new invite-only Royal Box area has been introduced, offering a theatrical VIP ambiance. This secluded spot boasts plush red sofas and a unique centerpiece: a bespoke table stocked with sweet treats and champagne, inspired by Virgin’s iconic branding.

Work Pod Studios for Productivity

Two dedicated Work Pod studios are now available, blending modern desk setups with integrated power outlets. Each pod is equipped with ‘on air’ indicators, studio-themed decor, and framed vinyl records to evoke the airline’s musical heritage.

Gallery with Panoramic Views

The Clubhouse’s Gallery has undergone a redesign to optimize space while preserving its stunning runway vistas. The area now features brass accents, livery red elements, and custom lighting, complemented by curated artwork displayed along the walls.

Wellness Innovations

Guests can access two pop-up wellness experiences, offering services like manicures, massages, and facials. These include three Somadomes, immersive wellness domes designed for meditation and mental reset, available until May 31. Additionally, Secret Spa provides express treatments, including glow-enhancing facials, until April 30.

Seoul Route Celebrations

To coincide with its new route to Seoul, the Clubhouse will feature OSKIA skincare, OPI nail products, and K-beauty brands. Customers can schedule treatments through the Secret Spa team, ensuring a seamless blend of relaxation and convenience.

Further updates are in the works, including new amenities for plane spotting enthusiasts and a roof terrace for soaking in London’s sunlit views. The changes underscore the airline’s commitment to creating a distinctive, customer-centric environment at Heathrow.
